Okay, so the chili con carnage wasn't so tasty. I added some tobasco (5 drops) to improve the taste - just plain nasty. Not gonna give up on it and will attempt the carnage again in a few weeks. I ate all but 2 bites of the mush.
So for the last day of week 3 Menu
Breakfast/Lunch - porridge with cranberry/raspberry bar crumbled in. I was smart enough this time to cook the porridge first THEN add in the bar!
Dinner - chili con carnage
Snack - vanilla shake
True to the word, next weeks menu will be 2 shakes per day, 1 porridge and then a bar. I just can't give those bars up. Not really a fan of the toffee or nut fudge so I got peanutcruch, lemon and cranberry/raspberry.
Mouth is still like sandpaper and my lips continue to stick to my teeth. I am not a good conversationalist by any means....but am a good conversation for others when this happens.
With the other end: all I can say is wallpaper glue. Think I will invest in some softeners for this area
Roll on week 4!! Hoping for another fast week.
