hi bubbles just to say you are doing well.  I don't think I have seen a working solutions thread on here, but may have missed it. You seem to know now what will work, just take it steady with the exercise,  I hurt my hip by overdoing it, but hopefully it is getting better.  Your comment about the mirror made me smile.  seven weeks ago nearly I looked in the mirror and did not like what I saw, today due to trying things on I see a smaller me. Even though I have only lost about sixteen pounds what a difference it can make, ok it may be a bit more cos I made a pact not weigh  myself for a couple of weeks. I am then intending to drop onto W.S a week before my hols, will have some carbs to knock me out of ketosis and then will come back and do W.S until I have lost my weight, I am hoping by then I will just have a stone to shift.  So keep going I will be watching your thread with interest.  good luck.
