Ah, sh!t day today foodwise. Been in work since 6am and only just finished, so lunch was a Gregg's sandwich at my desk, followed by a few Gingerbread Men.
OH has cooked dinner so at least that is SW friendly.
To be honest, seeing that the scales went up this morning, I honestly couldn't care less today.
I was hungry, I ate what was close to hand. End of.
I'm starting to feel comfortable in my own skin at the moment so am not stressing too much.
I know tomorrow and Friday will be totally off-plan as we're away but back to the gym and SW on Saturday.
Have even packed my gym stuff to take to the spa with me!
Someone one here recently said something along the lines of - skinny people have a 'bad' meal, forget about it and move on. We only dissect every detail of it and have guilt as we're on a 'diet'. It's a fair point and makes a lot of sense.
I've had a bad meal, I'll have a few more Thurs and Fri but I'll get back to it.
