This time I will do it!!...

Sorry you have had a pants day at work hun ((hugs)) - ooooo what kind of business? sounds interesting

Day has been pants weatherwise for everyone I think - I had my nails done this morning then popped to Home Bargains for some bits n bobs x

Thanks both.

Oh, some pics of the nails?

We're trying to do some form of supported housing project, it's not going to be a proper business but more a profit making charity who re-invests funds in housing for those who are usually excluded. Haven't ironed out the fine details yet, hoping the business advisor can help with that and give advice on grants etc... X

Sounds like a good plan hun I hope it works out. I'll take a pic lol its just my french manicure I got the red taken off last month x

I couldnt be without mine lol now and again I have them taken off to let my own breathe. Theyre off about 3 weeks and I cant bare to leave it any longer lol

Hi hun just catching up on diary a, sounds like your having a great week. Well done.

Sorry to hear about the job, it's horrible when they change things especially when you enjoy what you do. I wouldn't worry about your pay as I don't think they can put you on less.

Well done on getting to the gym early. I think it's better when you get it out the way early you wouldn't want to eat rubbish & undo all your hard work.

Do you box one on one with a personal trainer?

Thanks hun. OH has said the same thing - as long as they don't reduce the pay, I can do the job and look for something else.

Yeah boxing one on one. It's really tiring and I sweat buckets! But your right, getting the gym out of the way early helps as I haven't got to think about going all day and then come up with an excuse not to go x

Oh, and does anyone have any ideas what I can cook for a SW taster night?

Has to be easy to prepare - would have to make it on Wednesday evening and take it to the tasted on Thursday evening x

What about a rice dish or pasta, or

syn free humous ( EE or Green Days)

1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
Low calorie cooking spray
400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
20-50ml water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Place the sliced red pepper on a baking tray sprayed with low calorie cooking spray and roast until softened.
Once the pepper is cooked and cooled, place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend, adding more water if necessary to create a smooth paste.
Add salt to taste and serve with chopped up carrot batons or any of your favourite Free vegetable sticks - Cucumber etc
