Stand your ground tomorrow and get it all of your chest they need to know how much its affecting your health and well being

Also emailing my old Personal Trainer tomorrow, I so need to get back to the gym. OH has agreed to forgo some other luxuries so we can afford for me to go x
 
Good luck in your 1-2-1 today. Make sure you tell them how their stupid decisions are affecting your health and well being.

Oh I'm in agony. Seriously considering turning up at A&E to have a scan and see if they can tell me what it definitely is and sort it out x
 
Hi vickie. Worried about you? Did you go and get a scan? What did they say? A friend of mine has a twisted ovary, her symptoms were similar to yours?
 
Back from hospital. They were brilliant, x ray and ultrasound. I have a ruptured ovarian cyst. Been given strong antibiotics and tramadol for the pain. Few days and should be okay.

On a positive note, my 1-2-1 this morning went well and i got everything off my chest xx
 
Thank goodness it was sorted out! Glad your 1-2-1 went well. Did they say anything useful?

Glad you finally know what it is..... Be careful with the tramadol.... I took 2 of kev's when I was desperate for pain relief after not being able to get an appointment at the docs,, I was so poorly... Had to abandon my car at work and get my dad to collect me... I got a good telling off by the doc on the phone that afternoon!! Lol xxx
 
Oh thanks for the warning, I'm useless with paracetamol let alone anything else.

Apparently it will sort itself out as the cyst was quite small. Dr said loads of women get them when the ovulate but don't always know as most don't cause any problems.
Mine have obviously been hurting for a while before getting to this point though as slightly annoyed with GP for not making a more solid diagnosis first time around.
They are still also looking at IBS as Dr noticed I was very constipated today so still on the lactulose too.

Haven't weighed today as was stuck in the hospital but the scales at the hospital put me up 6lbs! Need to get 110% back on plan tomorrow.

Gym sorted for next week so that's good.

I need a couple of good weeks now with nothing on til we go away to slim down. Strange but as soon as i have something going on that I want to be slim for - like holidays - I seem to mess it up just before and gain weight.

OMG I'm so glad the hospital have helped you hun, the way the docs have treated you is disgusting regardless of the constipation possibility. Keep a record of everything that happens hun, dates, docs you see etc. I hope the tablets help chick x
