I had a text from my C today, saying she has had texts from people in group who were worried about me after my meltdown last week. They are such a lovely bunch x

how was your day? Are you back in your own office today?
 
Busy day today. Was back to my normal office and confronted the girl in work. Agreed to put it behind us and try to a work together as a team. We'll see how it goes.

So, today's food:
HExA = 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB = 35g Porridge

BREAKFAST:
Magic Porridge with Raspberries


LUNCH:
Tesco Finest Edamame and Pea Salad
2x Tangerine

DINNER:
Jacket Potato and Cheese (HExA) with Salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, spring onions, jalepeno peppers)

SNACKS:
Freddo (5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 5 SYNS
 
Well, I put on 2 more lbs. I am supposed to be losing weight, not gaining it! That means I have gained 5 times in the past 9 weeks and managed to lose a grand total of 2lbs this month! So frustrating as I have been sticking to plan and exercising. Just can't see where I am going wrong or what else I can do to boost my losses. Any ideas anyone? Please help me xxx

Such a busy day. Feel like I haven't seen the kids/OH all week.

On the plus side, had a meeting in work and am back fully to my normal job role. Even gave me a bigger budget to build more houses so no idea what the purpose of the last few weeks has been.

Anyway, today's food:
HExA = 3x Babybel Light
HExB = 35g Porridge

BREAKFAST:
Magic Porridge with Bluberries

LUNCH:
Salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, spring onions, jalepeno peppers)

DINNER:
SW Chips with Chicken Curry (Chicken, Mushrooms, Onion, Mixed Peppers, Tin Tomatoes and various spice)

SNACKS:
Freddo (5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 5 SYNS
 
My C is not great. The best she could suggest was success express. I had already made a big pan of super speed soup for this week and will make the remaining meals 2/3 super free where possible. Let's see if that kick starts me.
