This time I will do it!!...

Well, back to Club tonight - going to rejoin as new member instead of paying for the week's I've missed. I know it'll mean I lose my history but it'll be a fresh start.
Have done a huge SW food shop earlier and will buy some SBran later to make some cakes for brekkie.

I just know that if I can do a 100% week, the loss I'll see next week will spur me on and will trigger my motivation again :).
Raring to go, almost excited to get WI over and done with!

Just been to WI - gained 3lbs since my last WI.
Didn't rejoin as a new member as C convinced me to pay the extra fiver to keep my history, which she thinks will give me a boost when I think how far I've come. Guess she's right. We just drew a big line in my book instead to signify that this is a fresh start.
We also noted that I was the same weight as I am now last February! Everything I lost after that time, I have since regained. What a wake up call! I have put back on 1st 2.5lbs since my SW lightest. I will not continue like this and never again will I see the number I saw on the scales today. My motivation has returned with gusto.

Bought the new magazine too so looking forward to reading that tonight when the babies are in bed :)

HExA = 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB = Alpen Light

BREAKFAST:
Nothing

LUNCH:
Batchelors Macaroni Cheese (1.5 syns) made with water and with added Mushrooms, Garlic and Cheese (HExA)

DINNER:
SW Chips, Quorn Peppered Steak and Salsa (1 syn) with added red onion

TOTAL SYNS = 2.5 SYNS
