Well, I'm just back from WI and I lost 4lbs!!! Yay! 19lbs to target, 19lbs to go...
Chuffed.
And for once, not eating what i want on WI night, I'm sticking to plan!
So, today's food:

BREAKFAST:

LUNCH:
SW Leek and Potato Soup

DINNER:
Batchelors Macaroni Cheese Pasta (1.5 syns) made with water and topped with Cheese (HExA)
SNACKS:
Persimmon
4x Jumbo Snack a Jacks Salt & Vinegar (8 syns)
