Well, I'm just back from WI and I lost 4lbs!!! Yay! 19lbs to target, 19lbs to go...

Chuffed.

And for once, not eating what i want on WI night, I'm sticking to plan!

So, today's food:
HExA = 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB = 35g Porridge

BREAKFAST:
Magic Porridge

LUNCH:
SW Leek and Potato Soup
Banana

DINNER:
Batchelors Macaroni Cheese Pasta (1.5 syns) made with water and topped with Cheese (HExA)

SNACKS:
Persimmon
4x Jumbo Snack a Jacks Salt & Vinegar (8 syns)


TOTAL SYNS = 9.5 SYNS

Am only having 'nights off' now if we actually go out with friends or something and as I'm a hermit and don't go very often I think it'll help lol x
