Morning hun - sounds like you still need to rest up. I was bored stiff yesterday lol going to see daughter today after I do my taxi duties grrrr x
 
Lol, Mam is good, she'll cook for everyone.

Feeling much better after a bit of pampering from Mam n Dad. Still got an awful throat and a bad back but not feeling so sorry for myself.

Gutted that I've gone over my syns though - I didn't realise how many syns are in one tiny Guylian chocolate! We had some after lunch and it wasn't until I counted them up that I realised I'd gone over.
Not beating myself up too much though - I know I'll be under my syns for the week.

So, today's food:
HExA = 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB = 2x WM Bread

BREAKFAST:
Persimmon

LUNCH:
Cooked Dinner - Mash, Swede, Carrots, Sprouts, Roasties, 2x Mini Yorkshire pudding (4 syns), Stuffing (2 syns) and Gravy (5 syns)

DINNER:
Cheese (HExA) & Onion Sandwich on WM Bread (HExB)
Persimmon

SNACKS:
5x Guylian Choc (15 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 26 SYNS
 
Lv guylain chocs I wouldn't if been able to stop at 5 don't beat ya self up as you said your defo under weekly syns.
 
I've had a shocking 4 days off track. Resulted in a 2.5lb gain. But, back on it today and think I may go and join class :) Glad you're feeling better.

Think Thats gonna be me this week aa had two not so good days but will see x

No idea as I wasn't even enjoying it lol Also my scales played up Saturday morning so after reporting of a 2lb loss I think I actually maintained lol but we shall see lol hoping the bad eating at weekend kick starts my body again into another big loss lol

Have actually used all my syns today as fancied a packet of crisps.
Keeping all my fingers crossed for a loss this week, I seem to be very hungry this week and hope my day over my syns yesterday hasn't scuppered my chances - my scales were 2lbs up this morning from what they were yesterday morning. We shall see.

Dinner today is lacking in SF but I fancied it and I'm having a hungry day, so rather than deprive myself and then binge later (something that has happened previously), I decided to just have it. Lunch and brekkie was good so one meal isn't a biggie.

Anyway, today's food:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = Nothing

BREAKFAST:
Persimmon

LUNCH:
SW Butternut Squash Soup
Hi Fi Bar

DINNER:
SW Roasties with Gravy (5 syns) and Mint Sauce

SNACKS:
Crisps (8 syns)
Slim Fruits (1 syn)
2x SF Sweets (1 syn)

TOTAL SYNS = 15 SYNS

Well done hun, I find the first couple of weeks of a diet the hardest, although motivation is initially high, all it takes is a bad day at work and I struggle to resist the temptation.
The support on here keeps me going.
