I've had a shocking 4 days off track. Resulted in a 2.5lb gain. But, back on it today and think I may go and join class Glad you're feeling better.

Have actually used all my syns today as fancied a packet of crisps.
Keeping all my fingers crossed for a loss this week, I seem to be very hungry this week and hope my day over my syns yesterday hasn't scuppered my chances - my scales were 2lbs up this morning from what they were yesterday morning. We shall see.
Dinner today is lacking in SF but I fancied it and I'm having a hungry day, so rather than deprive myself and then binge later (something that has happened previously), I decided to just have it. Lunch and brekkie was good so one meal isn't a biggie.
Anyway, today's food:
