Wow 2 days apart isn't that mad. Aww glad u r having a good day gemsta.

Today I went for 2 meals TWO!! I think the only way I can justify it is that it was tapas both times and not a full meal haha :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

My mum is coming down tomorrow so tonight I've been cleaning the flat for her arrival. I've also been writing out Christmas cards for people in work. It's so stressful. Do u write one for everybody? Only a select few? What if u give one and not the other. I've done loads and I'm taking 10 spare just incase anyone mentions it haha.

Made my lunch for tomorrow. I'm pretty sure my mum will want to go somewhere tomorrow evening or have picky bits so I need some meals on track. I'm starting to feel really sluggish and down due to all the crap eating.

Lots of green tea and fruit tomorrow I think.

I only started a new job so it doesn't make any difference to me this year as I'm not sending any to workmates but last year people got offended they didn't get a card. I was so confused cause I only worked with those ppl like once a week or every fornight the rest id see every time I was in and actually knew them.

Oooh what tapas did you get?? I love Tapas. I have a few Spanish friends so tapas are one of the reasons my ass is so big.. That and doritos :oops::rolleyes:;)
 
Tapas is only small so totally doesn't count as a meal haha!! I don't do cards for work colleagues (scrooge haha!!) I only received 2 in work myself, one of which was from a different manager I've been helping this year so was more of a thank you card which was lovely of her. Maybe if you have breakfast and lunch on track and then off plan for dinner? I get the same when I've eaten too much rubbish!

Lots of laziness today. Going to have a shower and get into new jamas

Got on the scales this morning and apparently I've stayed the same!!!! Wooohooo won't eat as much today but will still have a couple of sweets if needs be lol

Hi all.
Yesterday I had 2 buffets, lots of wine but I got to see people I hadn't seen for years and it was fab!
Back to Liverpool today. One more day off track then back to it tomorrow. I'm joining a class Saturday which I'm really excited about and finally I feel ready to go. I got some gift cardds for Xmas so I'm going to buy gym stuff and get myself back.
Feeling all positive.
I'm going to have a drink on new years eve and some picky bits but apart from that I'm going to try and be good until Saturday. Knowing me though I'll get into the mindset that "joining on Saturday, eat the world" but I'm going to try my best not too. Also I'm intending on buying a countdown to keep me going. The class is on Saturday morning's at 8am so no more Friday night sessions in the bar in work.

Aim for this year:
Lose weight
Be happy
Move into a flat on my own

So bags are packed. My dad is bringing me back down so going to drop everyone off at home then go for a meal. On way home I'm going into Iceland and stocking up.

So today's food.

B) crisps and Pepsi max
L) fajita veg melt with curly fries and mozzarella melts with diet coke
D) cheese and broccoli pasta with mayo and a glass of white wine and soda
S) full packet of Terry chocolate orange toffee crunch

So as you can see not a great day. Starting to feel really vile now. I def need to reign it in before sat other wise I'm not going to be able to breathe. Tonight I have done my shopping list which is very big haha. I'm going to get bits in tomo and do a big shop over the weekend.
I had a look back on my insta for ideas and all I eat is pasta and sauce or soup with ryvita. Going to look for new recipes as no wonder I'm going off plan. I need to make my meals more exciting.

Me and my cousin had a fitbit goal challenge today and I think (once I've synced up) I won but knowing him he will have ran up and down stairs to beat me. He is so in the sw zone so he motivates me to try and beat him lol

Aim tomo is to have 3 healthy meals tomo. As I have nothing made I may go to subway for a salad fingers crossed I don't come out with a footlong.

Think salad people haha

Today hasn't been awfulish haha

B) nutrigrain bar, packet of crisps, diet tango
L) cauliflower and cheesy kale pie with mash and onion gravy, popcorn, salted caramel shortcake, diet coke,
D) veggie sausages, carrot and swede mash, broccoli and peas with gravy and mint sauce, wine and soda

As u can see I haven't had any water today!!!! Guna have about 3 green teas before bed.

Tomorrow there is talk of a dominoes in work. I know I could say no but it's payday and I want it haha. Then my friend is coming round tomo night and we are guna have some picky bits. Won't be a mad nye as we are really boring lol

Ordered a kindle on Monday night I collected it in argos today yeay!!! Can't believe how quick it came. Also went to primark and got 4 pillows and a big throw for 22 pound. Makes a change from spending Money on food.

So today was the day...
I joined back at class yeay!!!! I got a 12 week countdown and bought the veggie deluxe cookbook. I'm very excited.
As I was leaving the consultant asked me if I would help on the shop and of course I've jumped at the chance. I loved being part of the group last time and I'm excited to get involved again.
For once in the last few years I feel like I'm ready. I've already told people I can't go for meals because I want at least 1 perfect week on sw. Usually I wouldn't care.

So my weight.... I got on the scales and I was 15st 5lbs. This is the biggest I've ever been. I've put my target at 11st however I would like 10st 5lbs to get 5 stone off but all in good time.

Going to aim for 7lbs this month.

Has anyone else started today?

It's really good to be fair, there isn't one recipe that I wouldn't try. Think I'm going to make the quiche this week. The magazine this month is really good as well. Lots of fab recipes ☺

I was gonna start again Monday as I'm going to my mums for dinner and she was going to defrost the veggie thing she made me for Xmas dinner - it was lovely but full of syns (pastry honey etc) so have decided to take over some low fat quorn sausages to have instead. No more excuses! Oooo will have to grab the magazine for a look!

Oh I don't blame you. My mum thought she was being helpful buying me some linda McCartney things and they are just covered in pastry and full of syns. Which quorn sausages do u buy? I haven't tried any yet as I always buy the LG ones x

It does doesn't it. I don't have a proper quiche dish so I might put it in a small.one and then any leftovers make the quiche muffins.

Well last night I felt awful. I was up.until 4 I just couldn't sleep and felt really weak. Today Im a bit better. I took the bins to the bin room this morning and prayed so hard no1 would see me. Luckily I didn't bump into anyone boy would they have got a shock haha

For brunch I had sw chips carrot and swede and petit pois with gravy. Not enough speed food really but will make up for it later. A girl from work commented under my pic saying "what the hell is that meal it looks rank" which annoyed me a bit but I just said "it was lovely" I don't understand why people put negative comments on pictures. Fair enough I work with her but we aren't that close... anyway moving on rant over hehe

Going to read my book with a green tea. Then have a bath with one of my lush bath bombs. These three days off have flew by.
