At the moment I'm still eating everything in sight on Friday night, Saturday & Sunday, but being very careful during the week, eating mostly salads on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays with very few carbs, and fasting on Mondays & Thursdays. I hope this pattern, with some exercise, results in consistent weight loss as it doesn't feel too restricting. Will see!
In other news, I'm off to see a specialist this Friday morning for ulcers in my throat that have been there for nearly 3 months. Antibiotics didn't touch them. My GP didn't think it was anything serious but I am worried about the C word!
