Thought of another shake has me gagging, whats happened?

Thanks for all your advice guys, I'm actually coming round to the idea that it might be a bug, my tummy has been on and off dicky all day, and have been sick, (sorry if too much info!)
I did manage all my one for tea, strawberry slush puppy, ate with a spoon, and although I went back to it a few times I've kept it down

I ALWAYS hav my shakes in the blender with loadsa ice i love them they come out really creamy!

Feeling much better today thankyou people, I think it was a mild bit of tummy wobble after all that. I just went into a panic that all of a sudden I was going to have to stop the diet
Full steam ahead today though, woooooo, and looking forward to second weigh in tomorrow morning
