I'm very well thanks Sonya - although my dieting has gone totally to pot!!! Going down to my parents at end of May bank holiday - and going to try to SS again and lose a stone before the Dublin meet - no way i'll do my 2stone target now!

You are doing so well - we are all in awe that you are not losing it despite what you are going through - well done to you!
