Don't worry Sonkie you can leave the thread in our safe(ish) hands - promise to look after it whilst you're away.:)

Just off for my Friday blast at Sainsbury's - oh joy, but first I've to wait for hubby to come back with my car as his car is in the garage and then we can go & pick his car up, drop him off at work and then I'll go shopping. I said why didn't he wait until I was ready & dressed but he had to go into work early & sort them all out first, so off he went at 7 this morning, he'll leave again at 9 and then be there until late this evening to make up for the lost time. He's a right workaholic, causing a few rows between us too at the moment as it's getting ridiculous, it's not just the fact the Georgia & I are hardly seeing him, as when he comes home, he's on his computer all evening doing more work, but I do worry about his health, you can't keep working those sorts of hours, day in, day out, it's not good.

Anyway, don't know where that all came from, only meant to say I was off to Sainsbury's and would catch ya'all later.:eek:
 
Good morning I am still buzzing......it feels soooooo good, gonna rub some of my determination off on my darling bro.
Im pleased you are all gonna look after the thread.

We will be leaving about 3.30.....thank goodness the wind has died down.....just hope we dont hit any flooding along the way.

DEFINATELY - Beverley, I think we all have a bit of that addiction :D Thanks for that picture, really nice, I did give him a kiss of course, always do, I never be really cross with or for very long, but I do worry about the long hours he's putting in.

Just spent a small country's defence budget on shopping as my brother & his family are coming up for the weekend & my fridge is now groaning under the weight. It's like Christmas all over again, well in a way it is as this is their Christmas visit, slightly delayed, so we'll have pressies to swop, I didn't go as far as getting Christmas crackers though!

Have a good trip Sonkie, hope the weather conditions aren't too bad for you & take all that goodwill & positive thinking with you for your brother.

Thanx MD I am really eager to see him now....ooo it like christmas again...Im sooo excited, so pleased he`s perked up a bit.
