I'm good by DS1 complained of a headache and sore throat today. I gave him Calprofen patted him of the the head atback:

Im much better today, feel a little drained but as soon as my head hit the pillow last night I was gone.
I must admit to eating a sandwich and a yogurt last night, half an hour later the headache had lifted.
So Im a bit miffed I had to eat but Im so pleased I did as the pain was awful.
