I'm here - finally - sorry Sonkie didn't mean to abandon you. Had a busy day with DD - she's back in school next week too and had a new client this evening, which always takes me about an hour. But I'm here now, have a quick mooch around the threads - may pop in to the arcade, you know me, i can take it or leave it

Hope your first aid course goes ok tomorrow Sonkie, I'm so useless at anything like that, go all quesy at the first sight of blood, it was great when I was in school and the kids would come to the office dripping blood, the First Aider would see to them and then make sure I was ok

I'll try & make sure the thread doesn't die in your absence.

Im just making sure I dont forget my drinks tomo. Will only have to worry about lunchtime, but taking a litre bottle that i can refill.

Yeh should be fine, LAST TIME i WENT MOST PEOPLE WENT TO LOCAL SHOP FOR FOOD, SO i WILL STAY BEHIND AND SHAKE..... oops caps lock....doh

Yayy - well done, hope you enjoy it. I'm not setting a very good example at the moment and have been struggling with my targets since Christmas, they're almost half what they were. But determined to start picking it back up again now.

I'll look forward to seeing you over on their forum too then, mind you it's very, very quiet so I only pop in once a day, answer about 6 threads and then come over here.

Hiya - thanx for the lovely welcome !

Having a crap day....bloomin' migraine feel REALLY ruff - and I promised my 9year old that I'd take him down to the hockey pitches to play hockey with him that'll really do me head a power of good....NOT !!!

On the up-side it is B-E-A-utiful here really sunny...like a Spring day....funny how the sunshine always makes ya feel better.....maybe getting out in the air will help my head... lost count of the number of tabs I've taken already today

Hiya guys well had weigh in today and .....well I didnt know what to expect as I have been picking since the weekend......thankfully I have stayed the same.

Some advice to newbies, dont pick as its a nightmare to stop. Well as we cant afford to go and see Wayne for a while now I have not got anything to send me off track.


Is there anyone who can give me a good telling off......or even a few slaps round the mush, I need someone to make me feel bad.
