Hi all, I did the dreaded post Christmas weigh in today and I have put on 16lb's since my last weigh in in November. Ouch! Back on it full force today.

I started on 2nd jan too so will be weighing in every Thursday day 3 going good so far x good luck ladies

Woohoo i weighed myself today and i have lost -14lbs :) well chuffed thats kick started me now

Morning Thursday weighes first wi after Xmas and I've lost 8lbs quite happy with that considering I've been rubbish with the water intake and haven't slept well at all in 6 nights!

So this week I intend to get more water down me and as for the sleep thing well not sure!
