Have you taken your measurements? You may be losing inches rather than weight. Is the exercise a relatively new thing? You will retain water when you start but you could be losing inches still.
It's one of the reasons why I've tried to put off exercise until my weight loss really slows down.
I do red days only, cos carbs is what puts the weight on me.

dont be too upset that happened to me on my first weigh in, 1/2 pound and I was gutted, but the next week i lost 4 pound,, it takes your body time to get used to it.... you will be fine stick with it, next week will be here befor you know it <3mind if i join here?

Just to let you know I will be off here for a couple of days after today... Kev has surprised me with a weekend in Whitby... I shall try not to go too far off plan, but I might have a couple of flexi syn days... We don't have that many days off... Keep up the good work while I am away... xx
