Good Luck everyone tonight. I will be missing WI again as off to a black tie do/meal (oh dear). Home scales show STS (not after tonight thou ;-)

I know, I'm still in shock lol :) Now I wish I hasn't eaten that huge massive sandwich at lunch or it could have been 3lb haha xx

Thanks, Just realised I would have got my 1 1/2 stone if I had lost another half, Will aim for that next week

This week will go one of two ways, My wife is away all weekend, So I will either be 100% or go the opp way get lazy drink and have takeaway
