It's that time of the week again - I should get weighed about 1pm! Feeling extra light today, so hoping for a good result

Another 4lbs for me - so 10lbs in 2 weeks. Hoping for another 4lbs next week to make the stone and keep up the good average

I lost 5 1/2 lbs in two weeks (was ill last week so didn't go to class) and met my target tonight with a total loss of 6 stone 1 lbs!!!
