No particular secret Krissy. I went way overboard last weekend and used a massive amount of syns so I cut back a lot in order to pull the situation back. Luckily it worked but that's more a case of luck rather than judgement!

Hello thursday weighers,
I lost 5 lb this week unfortunately 6 lb gain last week so I have still got to lose 1 lb to be on level footing. i aim to lose 3 this week even though the darlings are on holiday. (my kids love sweets so do I)
