Hi ladies....sorry haven't been around lately...have just been soo busy and too much going on at home...but still sticking with it. Got my 4 stones award today so am well happy.

ooops after 1.5lbs off last week I have gone and gained 2lbs this week. all my own fault so line is drawn and new week has been started
 
Hello my fellow Thursday weighers,

Just had my first weigh-in after my re-start and I've lost 3lbs. Happy about that, as my meds will make it more difficult and slower to lose weight this time round :)

2lbs off for me this week! I'm over the moon with that :) just a pound away from my 2 stone award! Xxx
 
Lost 1lb this week, happy with that rather than sts again! Only 1lb away from my 1 stone now, that's definitely coming off this week!! Really good losses everyone, big well done x
 
how are we all doing, normally by now I would have stood on the scales but I am trying to resist the temptation til weigh in on Thursday
