I think the extra syns in a proper bun are worth it. I've still only had one :angel09:

I'm gonna freeze most of them and then I can't eat them all. If they don't freeze well it doesn't matter cos it's better than using my body as a human dustbin ​

Don't know if I'll like them and didn't want to ruin the whole dish if I didn't

I've never used tarragon before. Is it a strong tasting herb?

I didn't use it cos I didn't have any :8855:so I've no idea what it tastes like.

The chicken pie certainly didn't need it cos it had loads of flavour

I love leeks. Just bought 4 from Morrisons while they were on the £1 offer. Lovely mild oniony flavour. Much more gentle than onion.
Had in mind to make a Potato and Leek soup.

Not having so much luck making my soups tho. Keep running out of time or energy.

Todays food EE day

Br peach, grapes and crumble yogurt (0.5 syns)
Din chicken and mash and veg
Tea chicken and mushroom pie (1 syn)

snacks
1 mini bun (2 syns)
peach
2 ryvita (B) and cottage cheese
Hea was milk in coffees

so that's 3.5 syns today making my total for the week so far 21/105
