Hello!
Im back! And not happy about it in the slightest, but all the more determined to get myself that job in the cruise ships that I have wanted so long. And if course be closer to my man, every time we say good bye it gets harder....anyway...onto the diet talk....
Ate a lot whilst away, but a lot of it was eating for the hell of eating, I didn't snack but it was more a case of "oh it's lunch time, ill have lunch" etc. whether I felt hungry or not! So much so that as per before starting Cambridge the beginning of the year, I am again sick if food, and can't wait to get back on it!
I learnt a lot about where things can go wrong with people when going off piste, old habits return quick, 2 weeks ago I struggled with a starter and main course, by the end if the holiday I managed 3 courses and coffee without issue. This taught me how quickly you can re-stretch your stomach. I am really grateful that I have done this in a controlled way (as in planned) as opposed to just going off the plan for whatever reason.
In total I gained half a stone. My fault entirely, whereas on previous trips I've only Gained max 3lbs, those times I swam and took the stairs more, this time I just didn't seem to have time, I was always in a rush I be somewhere or other. Not an excuse really.
But I had a great time, I enjoyed myself tremendously, and knew I would gain weight, so it's no big deal. Back to it Tuesday until target.
And yes, my man did notice my new figure, he was very impressed!
So lots to do, washing, getting back to work etc, so might take me a few days to get back on here, but back on the diet tues and ill be around soon.
