Time to get skinny again!!!!

Okay Becki I lied apparently haha!! just worked out the damage was 13 syns for that blooming bowl of cereal what a joke!!! So total syns for yesterday was 18 syns with the milk counted for soo annoyed especially when I'm going out drinking tonight and probably going to use loads again but hey ho we all have to have a life don't we!!! Off to bootcamp now hoping a hour of that will help to burn off those clusters which btw were sooo yummy hahahaha!!!

Went out last night for a colleagues 21st, me being an absolute light weight meant I was drunk within a few drinks however this did save both my bank account and my syn allowance lol!!! Just worked out the damage and the annoying thing is I spent more syns eating silly things at home than I would have eating a happy meal like I had planned which is frustrating but what can you do!!

Yesterday's diary;

Breakfast - none
Lunch - eggy bread (2 brown bread as hex b) and beans
Dinner - tortellini (10 syns)

Now comes the fun part..

2xdiserano and diet coke - 7 syns
1x vodka and diet coke - 2.5
1 x archers and diet lemonade
2 x Bourbon biscuits
2 x custard cream
1 x bacon McCoys

Total syns for the day - 47.5 which actually makes me feel disgusted :(

Total syns left for the week - 39.5/105

Don't feel discusted! it was a Saturday event after all! If I managed dinner, drinks and snacks within 47 syns I'd be well chuffed! do not worry ma'dear.
I had a meal out , takeout, popcorn and a bottle of wine yesterday and I wasn't even ' out out'! I feel discusted! lol

just for info. .how many syns in a happy meal please?

Much!! Hmm it's more the snacks at home that annoyed me!! Wish I'd know how many syns were in them as I could have saved myself 21.5 syns yikes!! In a chicken nugget happy meal with chips and a diet drink it's only 14 which I think is great!!!! Aww your evening sounds fun though Im the type of person who would rather eat my syns then drink them!!' xx

I know Gemsta what are we like!!! Aww maybe I will do some exercise to ease the pain.. And this bloody hangover!! Still in bed now though whoops!!!
 
Okay today is being completely written off, 2 home made peanut cookies, bacon sandwich on white bread with butter eeeeek, a roast with stuffing and a slice of chocolate cake later I feel like a fat pig ready to pop definitely won't be weighing in the 8's if I pop on the scales now! Planned to do some form of exercise today but due to getting in at 3 this morning and still feeling fragile that is completely off the cards! going to get in my pjs and watch a film feeling sorry for myself! Going to limit my syns for the rest of the week to try and lessen the damage!!!

I think we both need straight jackets and do not feed signs round our necks!!! Tomorrow is yet another day Paige...back in the saddle and all that. chin up sweetheart x
 
Wrecked it again didn't I today!! Due to bad planning and lack of motivation I found myself having a small slice of lemon drizzle AND chocolate cake due to it being a colleagues birthday!!! I know this isn't terrible but considering how i basically blew all my syns on the weekend I wanted to be syn free this week! Going to try and be syn free Tuesday-Thursday to try and have a loss Friday!! Just did a big shop today so hopefully I'm all organised and can save this week! Positive thinking and all that!!!

Breakfast - melon & tangerine
Lunch - jacket potato, cheese and beans, slice of chocolate cake and lemon drizzle

Dinner - 6 quorn kievs (3 syns) SW chips and broccoli & muller light

Exercise - 1 hour of regiment fitness plus lots of walking at lunch

Thanks Gemsta! All going well just finished a nice big bit of melon followed by 2 weatabix with natural yogurt and frozen berries was delicious!! Fingers crossed I can keep it up!!

Lunch has been successful too woohoo!! Tagliatelle, passata, quorn and cheese followed by a banana, grapes and a muller light!! Feeling absolutely stuff and great! Why can't I do this everyday!!

Just worked out I've used roughly 84.5 syns for this week already yikes, wish I could be more precise but I have had to guess the syns of a few things ie. the cake I ate yesterday etc but think I may have been slightly oversynning just incase! this means I have 20.5 syns left for today, tomorrow and Thursday which isn't too bad I guess!! feeling much better now I know im still in my syns :) x
 
Well done for today chick...that's not too bad that's still almost a day if needs be! You can do it! :)
