Okay so after a lovely suprise weekend with my boyfriend it's safe to say fasting/slimming world went out the window hehe!! We are lots of naughty treats and I didn't feel guilty once which was a nice change! Decided to get Back on it yesterday so here's my diary for today and yesterday!!
Bank holiday Monday:
Exercise - lots of walking and a hour and a half gym session
Breakfast - weatabix, banana, natural yogurt &melon
Lunch - melon, Jp with cheese and beans, fruit salad
Dinner - chicken stir fry

Dinner - ww meal (between 197 and 226 depending on which one I buy!)
Snack - aloen bar (87 calories)
