Time to get skinny again!!!!

I hope you like them Becki!! I think there very similar to the real thing and for half a syn each you really can't complain!! If you do like them you should try to quorn chicken dippers as they are lovely too!! xx

Start Weight - 11st 2.5lb

So started today nice and early as went to do a bootsale with my dad, would normally be tempted to have some chips/a burger or some kind of naughtyness whilst I'm there but today I waited until I got home to eat in order to ensure I was within my syns!! Diary as follows!

Breakfast - melon and natural yogurt
Lunch - cheese omelette, sweet corn, banoffee Alpen bar

Dinner - roast lamb with parsnips, swede, broccoli, carrots (3 syns for a Yorkshire pudding)
For dessert we have a nutty chocolate cake, it's quite small and will be divided by 5 of us but I'm going to say it will take my remaining 12 syns just to be safe (praying it's not more buy there's no calories on the package so have no clue!!)

Felt a bit guilty about having the chocolate cake so just went for a bike ride in the wind... Omg thought I was going to cry it was so hard but feeling much better for it now!! 5 miles done in '5mph' (definitely higher) winds! SW quiche is now cooling ready for work tomorrow! Bring it on!!!

Okay so I've done what I do best and wrecked it all again, well done Paige really good work! :clap::happy096:
As usual I was good all day, was meant to be having my favourite for dinner - taco bake so saved 14 syns which is what it works out, but mum decided to add peppers, tomato and onion to it which she knows i hate so i ended up going out for dinner with an old friend and that's where it all went wrong!!!! Thought I'd treat myself to a dessert as it cant be THAT many syns can it... how wrong was I!!! As I seem to say everyday I'm back on it now (seem to spend more time off than on at the moment) but hey ho!!!! Yesterday's diary;

Breakfast - Melon
Lunch - SW Quiche (Brocolli, cottage cheese, sweetcorn) Carrots, tangerine, alpen bar, WW yogurt
Dinner - Jacket potato with cheese and beans
Dessert - Chocolate sundae (36 syns) :whoopass:
Exercise - 1 hour of bootcamp

Total syns left - 13/105

Somehow I've weighed myself this morning and managed to lose 1 pound though I'm unsure how long the scales will be stating this so I'm not getting my hopes up too much!!!
 
OMG! 36 syns! What was it? or dare I ask!..lol..

It happens to us all at some point chick, it's just some of us (you and me) seem to do it a bit...lol... __________________ line drawn ;) today's a new day :)
 
I'm trying not to Ria!! Main thing is to stick within my syn allowance for the week I guess!!

Do you know what Gemsta you may be surprised but all it was a chocolate Sundae with a few m&m's a little bit of a cookie and a small twix in!! I couldn't believe it I definitely would have chosen something else if I would have known!!! Haha I know what are we like!! I'm doing a syn free day today and tomorrow to make up for the damage caused lol!! Xx

Lol.. yeah I'd have gone for full on creamy Tiramisu ;) We will get there chick, we obviously like our 'bumpy' journey!..lol..
 
Tbh Ria it sounds better than it tastes which is the worse thing lol!! Does anyone else get that? You either save your syns (or go over as me and Gemsta seem to be doing haha) and for something naughty and it's not quite as nice as you hoped/remembered?! Seems to happen to me all the time and then I feel like it such a waste haha!! You'll be pleased to know I managed a syn free day today so I'm still in the pluses syn wise for this week yipee!!

Whoop! Whoop! Looks like we both beat away the offending 'blips'... 2lb loss for me this week, I can almost touch the 11's now! ...it's been probably about 14 years since I last saw that number first on the scales :)

Woooohoooo we are on a mission now!!! Im the same only 1.5lbs and im in the 8's which i dont think ive been in since i was about 8 lol!!!!
