i jus hope my pcos doesnt make it to hard "/
my little girl is 7 mnths soo its time i did something!!
i hope i can get my pcos under control with weight loss fingers crossed

congratulations!
these posts are so nice to read as it gives young people like myself hope that one day (when i want them) ill be able to have children.
well done with the weight loss.
are you on a specific diet or? i have pcos and high blood pressure so need to lose weight fast.

aww thanks, even if you do find it a struggle to have a baby naturally there is soo much help out there these days soo i really wouldnt worry

i had pre eclampsia with the little one and my blood pressure has been high since

to be honest im nt on any certain diet... just stopped eating soo much rubbish and cut down the size of my meals. if i put myself on a certain or strict diet, im setting my self up for a fall because i struggle and eat more purely because im alway thinking about it. im also doin wii fit

this way is really working for me

Thanks for the advice, im not ruling out having kids as yet, only been diagnosed and not in relationship so kids arent a choice yet anyways.

Yes maybe i will try just cutting out certain foods, I like you said hear the name diet and I think about food.
So many people say the wii fit is excellent, i really should get myself one. x

still the thought of not having the choice of children is horrid, they said it was very unlikely i would and i was really upset

yehh the hula hooping and jogging are good!! its much more fun and cheaper than the gym. you should defo invest xx

Yes definately, I still coming to terms with the condition.
Everyone is different and on here there are stories of people not being able to have children and some that do. Its hard not knowing until i actually want them.

Hi, sorry 2 gatecrash ladies but just thought i'd put my 2pence worth in lol!!

Ann, I was similar to you in that I was diagnosed at 19 with no immediate plans to have any children but the thought of not having the choice or having problems when I did want them completely knocked me for 6!!

I met my partner at the begining of 2007 and in april 2008 we found out that I was 5 weeks pregnant with my beautiful little girl who is 20 months now and more than I could ever imagine!! so dont worry hun, coz there is plenty of options if u struggle naturally!!

Leanne - keep up the good work, sounds like you are doing well and enjoying it at the same time which I think is sooo important to be able to stick at it for any length of time!!
