well done sweetie xI lost 2lbs!! WHOOP! And only been to the gym once this week and eat too much rubbish at Chester last weekend!
Going to give it 100% next week and get to the gym 3 times and hopefully back up to burning 700 cals a time. And hopefully will be another 2lbs loss next Friday )
