I've just joined minimins and need to lose at least 1 stone before the start of July. Over the years I've tried weightwatchers and slimming world but struggled (and can't afford either at present!). Starting calorie counting on Monday 2 May. I already exercise in the sparse spare time I have and walk to and from work twice a week (7 miles each day), can anyone give me any tips to help me please?:cry:
