I'm doing good thanks, I had started having a salad and 2 shakes but my weight has not shifted past few days so as from today back on 2 shakes and a soup, so determined and I just want to get this weight off once and for all, am I worried how I'll maintain it but once I'm at target I'll join the gym, cant really afford to do cd every wk and pay for gym.
