Thanks hun, how are you doing?

I'm gonna dust off my 30 day shred and my pledge to you all is to do 30 mins exercise a day - whether that is the gym, DVD or a brisk walk (apart from the wedding weekend as I'll be runnin round like a blue ass fly which will have to count!!) so that gives me 26 days to be as good as I can and get some exercise in!!

Ps morning weigh is 10 st 2. Yay.
 
I'm doing good thanks, I had started having a salad and 2 shakes but my weight has not shifted past few days so as from today back on 2 shakes and a soup, so determined and I just want to get this weight off once and for all, am I worried how I'll maintain it but once I'm at target I'll join the gym, cant really afford to do cd every wk and pay for gym.

Is your 30 day shred a DVD? Sounds good, let us know how u get on.

Yeh maybe I do need to eat more, it's the cost that's a problem, I'll see how I get on. My 3 wk wi is on Saturday.

I should try something like that, 20 mins is ideal don't get bored then xx
 
Just got a 30 day shred DVD from eBay only £6, I'll start doing that when it comes :) I'll see if I can beat your day 8 lol xx
 
I've been to the gym :)

Tempted to do my shred DVD tonight too but don't wanna push it!

Had a bar, chicken and veg and just had a salad with cous cous

Calories are around 800 so I'm classing it as another 100% day. I don't want to be tied to cd anymore so I'm using the products to help. Hope I do ok that way and with exercise :) x
 
Thats good, you've defo been 100%, I'll be glad when I'm off the cd products then I can spend the £40 a wk on new clothes and joining the gym :) but at the mo it's worth every penny seeing the lbs coming off :) xx
