To be happy and healthy!!! 15lbs to first goal!!

Hope your day has gone to plan for you! I managed 2 100% days so far and feel great although just ate 10 quality street so that's 2 days syns gone on choc oh well at least we can weekly syn when needed ;)

I hope they come back to you about your boiler! Mine went a few weeks ago and they came that day - can you try and call them? xx

i havent got the landlords number because im rubbish... and our agents is closed cz they are rubbish... to be fair im not cold i just need the washing machine haha

right well yesterday went ok followed food diary to a tee.... then ate two mini perfiteroles(cant spell) so im counting 5 syns for them... probably more

then my mates started talking about pizza.... and you know how my addiction is.... i made the mistake of having my tea at 7 even though i know i would be still working at 1am... so i was starving...

got in and what did i do???? i ordered a pizza.....

BIG EYEOPENER!!!!! - As soon as i ordered it i was thinking of every excuse under the sun of why it wouldnt affect my diet knowing fine well it would
even this lad who im texting admitted he was disgusted at how much pizza ive eaten recently...

when it came... i checked it but it looked ok.... bit into half a slice and it had HAM on!!!!!!!!! had to go and spit it out and down a pint of water.... bleugh.... couldnt even ring the takeaway because it was closed at that point...
so i ended up with no pizza and out of pocket

i honestly believe this has happened for a reason..... and the thought of ordering one now makes me feel sick.... so today will def be a 100% day :D

PS: if i do end up ordering one which will probably happen in the future the words VEGETARIAN will be all over the special requests.... hehe

just signed up to a 5k its not until august but plenty of time :D
wanted to sign up to a 10k but the ones i wanted to do, you cant enter yet...
thinking about a half marathon but that might have to be 2014 :D xx

Breakfast:
2 eggs
beans
2 lm r + red onion sausages
mushrooms
2 slices of wholemeal bread (heb)
tomato/brown sauce (2)

Lunch:
Pasta and Sauce cheese and broccoli (0.5)
30g Cheddar (hea)
banana/apple/plum with vanilla fat free activia yogurt

Dinner:
2 yorkshires (4)
cabbage/broccoli/carrot and swede mash
gravy (3)
mint sauce (0.5)
after eating meal realised id forgot about my peas in the microwave so ate them with a lil tomato sauce mmmm (1)

snacks:
1 cookies and cream lindt chocolate ball (4)

Syns today: 15 .... getting there :D
