Hi all
New year new diet and all that. But this time it's for keeps. It really is.
Starting a new diary to keep on track.
Please feel free to tell me if I've made any mistakes! Thanks ....
Day one:
Green day
3xhexA's and 2 x Hexb's (as breast feeding)
Breakfast - 2 x Hifi light bars - hexb, vanilla mullerlight, banana
Lunch - pasta, Philli light garlic and herb - hexa. Banana.
Dinner - beans, egg, sw chips, 2x400g whole meal toast, 3 tbsp extra light mayo 3 syns
375ml skimmed milk for tea -hexa
Snacks - crunchie 8.5 syns, 3xbabybel lights (hexa) chopped apple
Total syns 11.5
