Hi peeps!
I have decided that I really need to start TALKING in my diary and not just writing down what I eat everyday!
So, last night my best friend came over and we had a great night. A bit too many syns but hey ho. I am feeling much better about myself lately but still not fitting into any trousers!
I have given up the gym as I am moving soon. I am going to start going running like I used to before the gym... I used to really enjoy this much more than the gym. It is just motivating myself to get out of bed early!!
I am wavering between going everyday or setting myself a certain amount to do and doing it. So maybe 4 times a week starting tomorrow??? Or perhaps saying half an hour a day exercise and 4 of these have to be running. I want to start sit ups also and will get my exercise ball out for that!
So, today I am going to take my mum's dogs (I am looking after them) to town for the exercise!
One thing that is really annoying me is that I have forgotten the SW password so can't log on to check syns!!! It has annoyed me so much. I keep going on to check and then realising I don't know it!
