Yes I have patches and inhalator Stef. Thanks tomorrow is another day. I'll think about it. Think my best bet is to give up smoking first and then start S&S. Thanks Stef

Good luck flumpet with both cigs and diet definately tricky to do together... You'll get there x

Thanks sarahlou. Yeh I'm not quite ready to chuck in the towel yet but might have to so my best bet is to stick with quitting smoking as I have bad lungs then further down the line start S&S then. Thank you xx

Decided to stick with this stef2009. Thanks for words of encouragement. I've got patches and inhalator. I have a stop smoking service appointment at 2pm. Just a bit more willpower. Thanks stef xx
