I'm ahead of the game so far
all the food for Christmas Day is prepped. I can't decide whether to have a cooked breakfast and probably not really eat later or to have the cooked breakfast and nibble on leftovers later. We've decided not to have a starter but we are having the works fir main course. Turkey, roast and mashed spuds, sprouts, broccoli, peas, honey roast parsnips, green beans, chantenay carrots, cabbage with leek, gravy and homemade sausage meat stuffing. Oh and Yorkshire pud for some reason!
Then homemade Christmas pudding for me, chocolate melt in the middle puddings for everyone else. I've also made a chocolate log and a drunken trifle.
Do you think that's enough?

Actually the last two are for Boxing Day along with a turkey, ham and egg terrine. And hassleback potatoes.
Sorry to bore you. It's indulgent I know but not too bad considering I don't drink. Then back to normal the day after Boxing Day.
