For me it's:
- Eggs - sooo versatile, I love them!
- Melon - sweet and juicy, great for breakfast, snacks or pudding.
- VLF Natural yogurt - on my fruit, in my cooking or straight from the pot.
- Quorn - sausages, mince, pieces. It's free and I love that
- Veggies (is that cheating?!) - I love roasting up loads of veg and having it with meat on red, on a jacket spud on green, making into a pasta sauce or having with quorn sausages for a free meal!
