Day 11

to day was not tough to start with till they got the cakes out , but I stayed true , stuck the plan and got through , finally my periods arrived and my mood has eased up a hell of a lot thank god , but boy am I feeling the cold today. I could kill for a hot Bovril or similar to day not sure how I am going to manage in the winter when you want hot fod but sure it will be fine............see you all soon xx​

Day 11

All was going ok till early afternoon then massive epic fail , feeling really bad now and although I have been ok on this plan its making me miserable now and I am thinking of following a convenient diet , I do want to loose weight that's not changed but I have also got to be happy , going to see how I feel in the morning , not sure if this is because of time of the month or I really and fed up.............but what ever I choose I will be back to let you know whats going on.
