Hi everyone and good luck Adam, I'm a week in too and it's going well so far, but i know from messing around with vlcd's before, the more times you go in and out of k the harder it is! So am being 100% this time and have a meal out on Sat which I now don't want to go to but can't get out of! Any suggestions please anyone? I'm thinking fish and green veg, and diet coke or sparkling water, but I'm worried about portion size! thanks, sue x
