Total Solution Exante 2.0

Hey hun glad your doing better and well done to you iron lady for getting through this week x.

Can't wait for tomorrow's wi, have done very much better today and feel a bit brighter than I have done the last few days, I'm so excited!! The Wii and my scales are pretty much the same, but I'm recording it on the wii so I'll have to go by that.

Had the mushroom soup this evening, I don't think it tasted of anything so I whacked in some celery salt and cayenne, which livened it up dramatically, veg soup with curry powder is still my favourite, but I've only 4 left so it's going to have to be a once a week treat now...:-(

Choc shake tomorrow, that's another first as well as the tomato and basil soup, I have a massive Basil plant so I might whack in few leaves if it's not nice, or some chilli powder if all else fails. Choc ornage bar tomorrow as well which I'm not keen on, but it's day 7 tomorrow so only about 25 days of my challenge left , totally do able.!!

Good Luck for a fab first week weight loss tomorrow LW, though Pretty Lady absolutely suits your pic. Think the name should stick, good call DL :)

Morning, first wi for me today 14st 8lbs, meaning that a whopping 10lbs has gone in week1, hurraayyyy

Probably time to review week 1 I suppose.

I struggled for what looks like most of the week, the first few days were ok and then I had some really bad times in the late afternoons, so I'm now splitting a shake over afternoon and later in the evening after dinner as evenings are my weak spot and I need to feel like I have something left over to go to bed with. The vanilla and chocolate ones are easily split into 3 and are great for this as I can whack them in a strong cup of coffee. NO MORE CELERY SALT, my face is as puffy as I've seen it in the mornings even after a late night vodka session, so it clearly makes me retain water. I prefer my chilli and curry powder in my soups anyway so that's ok.

Don't find any of the products offensive, another bonus, veg soup is my favourite so if I go on and do more Exante after my challenge I will definitely order more of those.

Looking at my target I have about 26 days to lose 18lbs, which I can't think would be achievable, but like I said at the start, it's about being 100% everyday and getting the best result I can in that time period, if I can get to 13st anything I will be delighted, I might be able to get 4 off for next week, which would be a nice stone in 2 weeks which would be amazing, clothes are already feeling better.

Still haven't booked anywhere for the wedding anniversary brunch, might do that this week as it will give me something extra to look forward to, there loads on new hotels that have opened here on Yas Island (where they have the Formula 1 track) that we haven't been to so I'll look into those, I've had a few recommendations, the great thing about the brunches, apart from the drinks being included, is that they are buffet style and there are loads of salads and bbq meats, so if I don't want to go massively off plan I can keep to low carb which DH will do anyway.

Hubs has been brilliant on his fitness, he's running almost 8k each evening ( 7 days a week!!) and is on the press ups and working on his abs, I am finding cooking for him quite a challenge, especially when he wants to eat at 9.30 in the evening when I am quite hungry myself. But that's the challenge I committed to so I can't complain. Well I can but he won't listen!!

Anyways, heading off into week 2 ( really it's week 2 already!), I think I've learned a few lessons, and worked out some weak spots, and perhaps found better ways to deal with some of them. I seriously would not have lasted the week without all of my buddies, but special thanks to DL, Giggle pants and Mrs Busy for being extra attentive.

Bring on week 2....

Ahh giggle thank you, i should have also mentioned you in my end credits, I will sort that now. How did you get on yesterday? Sounds like you had a busy day !!

I had a fab day thanks, being busy at work helped .
Didn't have a headache when I woke either, so I'm guessing I'm in ketosis?
I dunno that side of it tbh, just eating my 3 packs a day + 2-3L water and crossing my fingers!! :D

Wow!!!! Omg well done you! That's incredible :) this really is a miracle diet xxxx

:happy096:

Truly truly AWESOME! Not just the stonking 10lb loss but your positive attitude has been unwavering throughout your highs and lows and that has been SO encouraging to me. I enjoyed reading your summary, might do that myself :)

Onwards and downwards into week 2 :D Keep up the good work xxxx

:hug99:

Have to report, I like the tomato and basil soup, again with my mixture of cayenne and hot paprika, but really nice, I think being a cup a soup fan help though, as I can see why they wouldn't be everyones cup of tea.

Thanks DL, it's your turn tomorrow, I know you are going to have done really well too xxxxxx

Nervous/excited!! I don't know how well i'll do as I haven't done any formal exercise on account of the fact i'm a lazy cow, lol!

I can definitely feel it in my clothes though :D

Ooh, and re cup-a-soups, the S&S mushroom soup is very nice, it seems quite salty but that could just be because i've not eaten any 'real' food for a week. I've only just started it so I'll let you know how filling it is. I haven't tried any Exante soups so I can't do a comparison. I quite like the fact i've got 4 packs a day plus milk if I want (have only put a dash in my morning coffee, I'm not convinced 150ml won't knock me out of ketosis) S&S Mac cheese for dinner later, with a choc truffa bar for my evening nibbles. It's nice having a wee change :) I might buy some so I can have a days worth once a week for a change xx

I haven't done a thing either this week, but since Gerry is getting to athletic these days I'm thinking I need to get the butt moving, must go and dig out my headband and legwarmers.....thats how long it's been since I did any fitness malarkey

....don't forget the spandex! :giggle:

Morning campers, today is day erm, 9 on Exante Island, today there will be keep fit classes in the living room and being served in the dining room this morning the breakfast buffet includes a delicious Exante Strawberry Shake. For those of you who would like some extra recreational activities, there is a large pile of ironing in the utility room which you are free to tackle.

Lunch will be served up until 3pm, however, no Exante bars will be on todays menu, due to complaints by some guests, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Have a great day losers xx

Good morning pretty lady, you're sounding very motivational today! :hug99: xx

However I shall pass on the ironing

If the rain holds off, I intend going out for a long walk with maybe a bit of retail therapy thrown in :D

Have a fab day.

I too will pass on the ironing, as tempting as it sounds ;) I'm going to enjoy a shopping day today so hopefully after a day in the shopping centre i'll have clocked up a fair bit of mileage :) I'm going to start some form of exercise this week. Onwards and downwards xx

Nothing like a pig pile of ironing to show you who your real friends are eh? LOL only kidding.

Have a lovely day shopping ladies, thats what Easter Monday is for xx

Well done youuuuuuu trooper!!! Your gonna look fantastic on your anniversary xxx.
