here goes...with a bad start to the day...i had no time for breakfast...so i am sooooo hungry already :beam:

took the bottle of slim fast to work - had half of it at around 11amish - kind of late brekkie. couldnt stomach it all, even though it actually tastes ok. just had an apple at 2pm and a green tea this morning (with sweeteners) so , so far so good.
got my counselling course 5:30-9:30 so not much time to cheat or get led astray today which is good.
you MUST get back into the 11's and away from the 12's - I challenge you to shift your 2bs this week and get to 12 stone!!!
we are probably the sameish bmi as youre an inch taller than me anyway so were probably starting at same point.
lets get through day 1!!
will pop by after class tonight.

managed to do it today with no slip ups. just focusing on the food this week. will start the exercise next week.
dont go too crazy at the gym!!!!

it will take me at least the whole of october to get to where you are :(...but i shall keep ploddin on :)

and im sure you wil catch up soon but remember i just want my bmi to be normal and you have less to lose to get your bmi to 25 as your taller. wouldnt it be nice if we could just be taller, then we would have normal bmis!! i wish

ok... its day 2 and i had to sneak a peak on the scales... i know i shouldnt as thats what makes me complacent as we know that if we diet we do lose...but i did and im pleased to say the scales are going in the right direction. now if they just stay there till next thursdays weigh in, iwill have won totty's challenge. see!!! its on the mind whenever i wanted to reach for a piece of chocolat - i have been challenged!!!!
let me tell you what i had yesterday... green tea at 10am, half slim fast around 11amish, apple at 2pm, diet coke around 5pm, other half slim fast 7pm, then had very small jacket potato but with whole can of beans after my course at 9:30pm...... then i started struggling but instead of something really bad, had a small bowl of special k. I didnt need anything really but this is the problem for me....at night. when i start i dont wanna stop...so pointswise all day i had approx 15 points. which actually is not bad.

i seem to be at a natural weight around 12st......i have a large frame anyway, and am 5ft 7...so quite big naturally:party0048:

when i compare what i actually eat...to some other people on this site...i think OMG :eek:

my average food on a good day would be:

* large bowl of cereal with skimmed milk
* chocolate bar/crisps
* tuna/chicken sandwich for dinner
* crackers with cheese
* salad (something), with potatoes and bread
* nuts/raisens/or chocolate in the evening

that sounds ok and quite balanced.
was being extra good on day 1 yesterday, not as good today but good enough i guess.
im similar - large frame and tend to stay around 11st 11 at the moment but want to get my bmi normal for starters.
as long as youre losing with what you eat it doesnt matter, once we stop losing then we may have to cut things out.
how did the crazy gym sessions go?
 
weekend...hmm, what can i say. im trying. Went to the pictures and ended up having lots of popcorn as was starving. Im aiming for 2 lbs this week, but may settle for 1lb. so far so good but let see what the way in on thursday says!

been good weekend on the eating front to be fair.... a few chocolate bars here and there...but sad to say i will NEVER give those up :eek:

I aint feelin low...but i dont think i have made my challenge this week :whistle:

OH fault...he brought chinese food back monday night....:party0016: i blame him...he is a feeder LOL :eat:
 
i guess life in general - lots of decsions to make- lots of changes in life re career which will have BIG implications on finances and i guess the divorce only happened a few months ago so still a lil raw. sometimes difficult to post on here. shame they dont have an IM or chat attached to this like facebook does. would tell you all about it.
i made your challenge of 1lb loss this week and i'm now 11st 11. not great but a start i guess.
ok totty - you cannot blame your OH for not losing - lol. tell him to do the takeout at the start of the week so that you have chance to catch up for the weigh in on thursdays...lol. Remember 11 stone for xmas?? well we need around a pound a week to even get close. must keep trying.
