hiya gemma, my weigh in days are monday and drum rol........... i have lost another pound, am well happy with that though, ive now lost 10% of body fat thingy - club 10! yay!!!!! x ive got my xmas doo on friday and wanted to be 11 stone for then as a mini target its 3lb away, fingers crossed!!! howas your weekend?

From now until back at work(5th jan).... im off the diet! im not gonna go mad but i really am quite happy with my size at the mo, and just cant!!!! miss out on the festive foodiness of it all!!
