Hard to give an exact figure without knowing the exact restaurant / ingredients, etc. But as a rough idea, I found the following on the SW website:
Basic, Fish & Chip Shops, Meat Pie, average each = 20 Syns
Basic, Mashed potato, ready made, standard, per 100g = 2.5 Syns
Baring in mind 100g is not a great deal. You could be looking at around 25-30 Syns at a minimum. Don't forget to add more Syns if you have gravy!

A standard pie, mash and liquor meal contains just *581 calories – that’s around a quarter of your recommended daily intake. Based upon n 1 Syn = 20 Calories that’s 29.5 Syns, I’d round it up to 30.
Pie and Mash as a treat should be fine once in a while. Protect your weight loss journey with a few SP days over the course of the week and you should be fine. Keep your fluids up and remember that the meal before and after the treat are back in plan.
