Extra Easy Days Trefoil's Trip To Target!

So... just prepping lunch for tomorrow....

Got my four compartments again... with the quiche, 2x Dairylea light triangles and the other half of the melon chopped up. However I have removed the water bottle from inside as I have one at work. Have done myself some pickled vegetables and also some cottage cheese mixed with jalapenos and sweet chilli sauce for tomorrow (so we will see how that tastes!) So for a syn I have a pretty big lunch as I seem to be getting very hungry at 10/11 ish!

Thinking of doing a different breakfast tomorrow of a mini SW eggs Benedict (without the sauce so makes it free) with a Portobello mushroom, a slice of bacon and an egg on top! Saw it in the magazine so gonna give it a go!

Dinner!

Slimming World Tomato, Courgette, Mushroom, Onion, Chilli, Garlic, Oregano, Chicken and Bacon Pasta bake... yum!
Used the rest of my HEA for the cheese on top! Very nice and Syn Free!

Then for afters:
An apple, 0% fat Peach Activia Yogurt, Vimto Ice Lolly (2), Whirly Bar (3.5) and a Nutella B-ready (5). Love my treats!

the pasta looks so good! i am only on day 3 so havent cooked any pasta yet. i was looking for a recipe with pollock fish fillets & cant find one :( ive never cooked fish before so have no idea (unless its fish fingers lol) love the lunchbox idea, gonna grab one of those for when i'm out the house all day ;)

Hello @xxheidicxx I hope that things are going Well! How you finding it? I have had a quick look through the internet and found a bit (substituting cod for pollock) and I would also recommend the app called Yummly.

The lunchboxes are on offer in Asda for £4 with loads of different colours- massively recommend them! Do you go to a group/do it online or alone?

i'm hoping to go to a group next week when my kids are back at school. so will weigh myself on monday then hopefully be in a group by the next weigh in. i'm loving it so far, cannot believe i can eat & lose weight, i think i'll faint when the first 1lb is lost lol.

No problem at all! That sounds great, my group and consultant are wonderful I really couldn't do it without them.
It's such a wonderful plan and you never feel hungry or deprived which is so good! Definitely need my treats!

do you ever feel that you over eat on this plan though? i'm still full (like really full lol) from my dinner & its nearly midnight & i ate it at 5pm haha. i'm sure i'll get used to it all over the next few weeks. ihave just swapped from cambridge diet so not used to eating a proper dinner

Yes and I think you do originally until you find your feet. You end up knowing your limits a lot easier. It will come with time don't worry! Particularly if you've jumped over from something like Cambridge as the body is trying to adjust! Have you enjoyed the transfer?

i've loved it. I didnt realise id enjoy cooking this much, its actually taking over my afternoons cooking & prepping meals lol. & instantly ive got more energy aswell. cambridge is so hard & not in the slightest bit enjoyable. really hoping to be 2 stone down by xmas on this plan :)
 
So today... I actually had left over dinner for breakfast. Bit weird as v spicy and I now have heartburn. Oh Well!

That's great! I know what you mean about the cooking it's fab isn't it!! You will have that goal done in no time I reckon! I can imagine that Cambridge is a massive struggle, I don't think I could do it!

Had a lovely day!
Yogurt and mixed berries for breakfast followed by pickled vegetables, cottage cheese with jalapenos and sweet chilli sauce (1) I did also have my quiche but it was 4 days old so I threw it! Had 2 plums cut up and also 2x Dairylea Light Triangles.

My friend has come round for dinner and I was worried about making her SW food. However she loved it!! Syn Free veggie chilli and then SW raspberry Eton mess (4)
Had a couple of glasses of prosecco and 1x gin so slightly over but well chuffed!

Hello Guys!

Hope you're having a fab weekend!

Went walking this morning and totally smashed my step target which is great! Very tired now *yawn*. Had the rest of the dinner from yesterday with some lea and perrins as well as a chopped Portobello mushroom for breakfast which was nice!
Then after all of the walking I had a lovely jacket potato with Tuna and yogurt, a chopped apple and a pickled vegetable salad. I also had a bowl of Eton Mess left over from yesterday so had that for 4 Syns.

Went shopping this afternoon as I never have enough clothes. Didn't go particularly well as I am such a funny shape but made me even more determined to get back to target! Thai Green Curry for dinner. Substituting the coconut milk for regular milk and making it all healthy. Really looking forward to it.
I just can't wait to feel better in myself!!!

Hi Ruth, brilliant to see you back! Kept coming on to see how you were getting on. Heading back to group must have been hard so well done! I went back this morning and hadn't been since May and was so nerve wracking.

I'm sure you will be just as amazing this time and congratulations on the promotion.
