Extra Easy Days Trefoil's Trip To Target!

I did the first one yesterday and I am aching somewhat today- my thighs especially which I am a little surprised about as thought they were in fairly good shape from my running!
Hoping it does help with the toning- I remembered to take before pics & measurements (though forgot to weigh!) so hoping I will see a difference if/when I finish it!
I had a nice day yesterday but it involved going to a friends for tea and we ordered a Dominoes- naughty but nice. Back on plan today.
Last nights tea sounds good- I love chicken thighs, they're so underrated. Much tastier & juicier I think! X
 
Admittedly it is harder than I was expecting- I think it's because it's only 20 mins it needs to be quite intense!
I like to think my fitness isn't too bad but it has shown my weak spots (arms and core). It's quite good in that there are 3 people doing it- one 'easy' with modified moves if you're struggling, one standard and one harder if you want to push yourself more.
I have bought the dvd but it is on YouTube for free- my dvd hasn't come yet so that's what I've been using!

Your dominoes sounds lovely :) I also love chicken thighs, yum yum!!! I remember doing the shred and struggling with stairs/hills/general walking hahahaha! Hope you're feeling a little better now! Glad you've taken some pics :) hope you've had a lovely day!

Oof yes stairs are killing me right now. Going up isn't so bad but coming down is proving pretty painful lol. No pain no gain I suppose.
Not been a bad day thanks. Old habits creeping in a little (garlic bread with pasta) so I need to watch that and be stricter.

I'm sure you'll be fine tomorrow, I remember that pain so well! Sometimes you can relax a bit, a really miss garlic bread boooo! I haven't watched it for years! 2 of the old contestants came to my work recently to see if they could improve our communication methods and I now have a wireless headset haha! They were really nice actually. We are watching Penny Dreadful and The Wire at the minute- loving both of them!

I'm less stiff today for sure- hoping to do it again this afternoon as I need to go into Uni this morning.
Ha that's pretty cool, I hope they were the nice ones! There's some strange people enter that show. I keep trying to persuade OH to apply so we can start our business early but he's resisting lol.

They were ok, although a bit uppity if that makes sense. I'm just me and the woman that came had no sense of humour. I can be a bit mad sometimes, and get on really well with my engineers but she was listening into my calls and didn't quite get the 'banter' as I would call it! Oooo that would be ace if your OH went on it!!!! Glad you're less stiff today too- hope you've had a good one!

Right today, I had my porridge (1) and coffee as normal, then left early, went and got some watermelon from M&S and a grilled chicken salad from Subway with light ranch (2).
For dinner we are just throwing together what we have left in the house! This is the only night I have with my OH too...
So: Lebanese Chicken with lemon, mint, spices, S&P, spiced baked beans and a mix of frozen stuff (which will take me up to my syns) looking forward to it!

Good morning!
I have been up since the crack of dawn... OH is at work today so just off to the gym!
First time I've felt well enough to go! Haven't been for two weeks!!!! :eek:

Can't wait although definitely must remember to buy new gym trousers...

Hah - nothing more annoying than gym kit that's too big! I was going to go to the gym... but I have a tonne of flyers to get out for the next event, and bits and bobs to do, which mean I'll be walking miles today anyway! Will put in some hula hoop yesterday, and either gym tomorrow or Monday!
 
Top effort Ruth. I'm the opposite, was supposed to go on a club bike ride and I've only just woken up, soooo tired.

Deffo treat yourself to some new kit, you'll enjoy wearing it and want to go to the gym more! Great investment...

Thanks Quins, hope you're ok and that you had a fab holiday! I reckon you will have needed that rest what with the jet lag etc so I wouldn't feel bad or anything :)
Yes I am going to nip into town tomorrow to have a proper good look at gym stuff!

Yes I will definitely go and have a look for some more stuff tomorrow! That's good about the flyering and extra body magic :) it all sounds like a good plan to me!
