I did the first one yesterday and I am aching somewhat today- my thighs especially which I am a little surprised about as thought they were in fairly good shape from my running!
Hoping it does help with the toning- I remembered to take before pics & measurements (though forgot to weigh!) so hoping I will see a difference if/when I finish it!
I had a nice day yesterday but it involved going to a friends for tea and we ordered a Dominoes- naughty but nice. Back on plan today.
Last nights tea sounds good- I love chicken thighs, they're so underrated. Much tastier & juicier I think! X
