Hi Val,well done, looks like you are well on track. I have just realised that you are only 6lbs off target. Congratulations!:D X

my little grandaughter is in hosp :cry:i looked after her yesterday and she was really poorly cried most of day kept falling asleep on me was very unusual as she is always such a happy baby my son took her to the docs her temp was 104 she was shaking doc sent her to hosp they put her on a nebuliser (she suffers from asthma) she has been on steroids and antibiotics for months now the doc said he thinks she has bronchitis he said it can last for 12 weeks going through various cycles and think its aggrevating the asthma not sure what they will do next but hopefully she's in the right place, thought my eating would go t***s up but managed to control my emotional eating :)

So sorry to hear about your grandaughter. I do hope that she gets better soon. Well done on controlling your eating at a time like this.X
