Ooops posted before finished! I'm blaming the iPhone! I've had a really challenging weekend... I haven't been ts but have been ws. Im really proud that I haven't allowed myself to give in to some very serious temptations. I've resigned myself to avoiding any ex-vlcd for a time as its like they wanted me to fail...
