Tuesday At Home Weighers!

Only lost 1lb this week. Its TOTM week, heard ur heavyer then so mabey that explains, feel down tho:(, but at least I'm 1stone 2lbs down now in only 6weeks on the plus size everyones noticing I'm loosing weight:) xxx
 
I lost 1lb this week,really really pleased, :D. I am happy with any loss, a loss is a loss and I'm not going to lose big amounts every week.

I get confused sometimes when weighing in with the 1/4 lb and 3/4lb losses... so I lost another 1lb & 3/4lb but cant list that properly... so it comes up as 1lb.. on here. but its going down slowly/ hopefully next week it will be 1st loss altogether which would be on target!!! it is getting noticeable now thank goodness and I have ditched my biggest Size 20 jeans - they kept fallin' down!
 
Hi all, I never got to join a group last week as my kids were sick - or this Tuesday as I had other commitments - but I managed to loose 1.8lb when I weighed in Tuesday morning, which I'm quite happy with, just need to stay on track for next week.
 
lost 2lb today!!!! that trek through the blizzard to feed the ducks yesterday must have helped!! :winter_brr:
 
Right - bear with me - according to my scales I have lost 1.0 lb this week, which i'm happy with! But - after I had a couple of cups of tea & breakfast and got myself to group to join, Slimming World scales say I have put on (just less than half a pound) so from now on I am going to have to go with Slimming World official scales!!! Still, really glad I have joined a group, now I am motivated :)

I have lost *week weight of 1.8lbs which is fine, next week will see what I actually weigh. Hate the fact that my * week covers 2 weigh ins but what can you do? Well done everyone for the losses!
 
OOOOps, I forgot to record my weight this tuesday!

I lost 0.5lb, which is fab because its a loss.

Must buckle down this week as i have started putting things into my mouth before thinking about it, and then the syn value is a bit of a guess. Back to basics i think.
 
I haven't checked in for a while, two weeks ago I had a mad eating week, no idea why didn't make me feel any better and I put 2.5 lbs on :O I went back on plan and a week later lost 3.5lb and got my stone off, 4lbs to club 10 now and about 11lbs not to be classed as the "O" word so back on track mentally :D
 
I gained 1 lb. this week.... bit miffed about it but knew I would... havent been well with a cold all week and havent got out and about walking much... then had 2 bits of carrot cake and a glass of wine, crisps etc at the weekend... took me over Syns limit A LOT! Oh well.. Back to smaller portions too.:sign0007:
 
Morning all! Been to weigh in this morning and i've lost 3 1/2 lbs since last week! Really happy about this, so I though I'd tell you what i've been eating. I've been counting my syns (including a bottle of wine over the weekend!), but mostly Extra Easy, eating fried eggs (fried in fry light), ham & tomato for breakfast, ryvita & cottage cheese & lettuce, more ham, chicken curry (more curry, less rice). Been having meat & huge salad for supper - steak, tandoori chicken, pork chops etc. Lots of syn free yogurt, hard boiled eggs & slices of ham/turkey breast as snacks. I had 1 green day, when I had omelette for breakfast, baked potato for lunch & s/w chips & home made syn free tomato sauce for supper. Oh, and lots of bananas, kiwi & satsumas. I have mostly stayed away from bread because once I start eating it, 60g is just not enough! Most syns were saturday when I had 1/2 bottle of wine (12) and a small bottle of strong beer (8).

Finally my head is in the right place - I really hope I can keep it up. Good luck to everyone with your journeys...
 
Lost another 3lbs this week! Can't belive it, so chuffed! Another. 4lbs and I've lost 2stones in 8weeks:). Woooo. Can't wait to get my cross trainer/ exercise bike built up I'll be on it when ever my little one let's me! Exited 4 exercise,so unlike me!lol new me! Xx
 
Well I lost 1.3 lbs, so close to being in the 14s again. I realised the other day I hadn't been eating meat this week until the very end and I think that has affected the loss as I need to eat meat 3 times a week to lose on green. Anyways, having chicken tonight so I won't forget this week.

I stayed the same which I am happy with as yesterday I ate out and have no idea what the syns were. I'm blaming being picked for jury service as I wasn't expecting to be as I haven't been before. So I'm better prepared for the week and I have an idea of what we are being served so can bring in anything I want to keep me on track.
 
Weighed in this morning - 1 lb off this week. I could have possibly made it 2 if i hadn't been persuaded to drink quite a few bottles of beer on Saturday, then later in the day in another moment of weakness, half a garlic naan bread. However, having been to group this morning, it feels like I have been to confession and been forgiven for my syns!!! Another week and still motivated - and hopefully another loss. Have a good week everyone....:)
 
Had a HUGE bad week... fighting a cold and socialising... Saturday was hard as what was on offer was nuggets and party food! Last night was just as difficult with a cheese and wine party... lost barely 1lb this week! Back to basics again!
