Morning all! Been to weigh in this morning and i've lost 3 1/2 lbs since last week! Really happy about this, so I though I'd tell you what i've been eating. I've been counting my syns (including a bottle of wine over the weekend!), but mostly Extra Easy, eating fried eggs (fried in fry light), ham & tomato for breakfast, ryvita & cottage cheese & lettuce, more ham, chicken curry (more curry, less rice). Been having meat & huge salad for supper - steak, tandoori chicken, pork chops etc. Lots of syn free yogurt, hard boiled eggs & slices of ham/turkey breast as snacks. I had 1 green day, when I had omelette for breakfast, baked potato for lunch & s/w chips & home made syn free tomato sauce for supper. Oh, and lots of bananas, kiwi & satsumas. I have mostly stayed away from bread because once I start eating it, 60g is just not enough! Most syns were saturday when I had 1/2 bottle of wine (12) and a small bottle of strong beer (8).
Finally my head is in the right place - I really hope I can keep it up. Good luck to everyone with your journeys...
