ok after a week from hell, i went for my wi... and lost 3lbs!!!!! 
Was soo shocked!!
Didnt expect it at all!!
Lost 1st and 6lbs in 8 weeks!!
I'm compleatly ready for the week ahead and i'm ready to loose that 1lb to get me to my 1st 7lb mark!!!
