I found it tough at first but now I can see how good changing my eating and exercise has been for me I don't find it so difficult any more
I usually don't for some reason. The odd time I might use a few if I want to have a drink or two or something like that.

I find I don't usually need them but I do use some after WI because I have a treat, like a bag of crisps or a bar of chocolate.
See if you can up your exercise even by a teeny bit. Say if you walk, add 5 minutes extra. I go to Zumba and I find it really good
I find the Zumba great. It's constant moving for an hour more or less. It's great fun and a great workout. Finding the swimming tiring but good. I'm only 4 lessons in..
Yeah learning at the moment. My lessons are Friday nights. I need to get a bit of practice in before next Friday too. I'm liking it a lot but I need to relax a bit more

Walking is great I think. I did the Women's Mini Marathon last week (it's 10k) and did it in 1hr 40mins, I was so happy with myself.
I noticed you said you were waiting until you got the all clear. Hopefully it wasn't serious and you get the all clear very soon x

I've been thinking about joining the gym actually but money is a bit tight at the moment.
I should check out the prices. That works out about 25 euro I'd say and that's reasonable.
